Tryout Registration

STEP 1:  Complete the pre-registration link which allows CCJ to better prepare for tryouts.  This is NOT the same as the USAV Registration Form noted in Step 3 below which is required for tryouts. Pre-registration helps us insure that we have enough coaches available for tryouts as well as providing us with a way to contact you with helpful information leading up to tryouts.  Note:  If you need help determining your daughter’s player age, see the player age Information below.

STEP 2:  Pay your tryout fee through the PayPal link. Note:  If you are unable to pay via PayPal, there will be a CCJ staff member to collect your money at tryouts.  Fee is $35 cash or check.  If you choose to use Pay Pal it is $36.
 
STEP 3:  Complete and print the mandatory forms to bring to tryouts.

 

 

 
 
 
STEP 4:  If you are seeking CCJ or USAV financial aid, download and complete the forms to submit during tryout in-processing. Note:  If you do not complete and submit this form, you will not be considered for financial aid.

STEP 5:  Register to be on the CCJ Newsletter and email distribution list by registering at this link.  By registering, you will get clinic, tutoring, scheduling and coaching news via CCJ email announcements.
